Ingrediants:
- chicken-1pounds
- onion-1
- Tomato-2
- cinnamon-1
- clove-2
- coriander seeds-1tsp
- Redchilly-4 to 5.
- cumin seeds-1tsp
- fennel seeds-1tsp
- ginger-1
- garlic-1
- cocunut-2tsp
- Garam masala-1/2 tsp
- turmeric powder-1 tsp
- coriander leaves
Procedure:
- Mince onion and tomatoes finely.add some oil.fry them and grind to a fine paste.
- Make a masala paste of cinnamon,clove.ginger,garlic,chilly,coriander seeds,cumin,fennel and coconut
- Take a pan add oil with that add the onion tomato paste.
- Then add the chicken pieces ,turmeric powder and salt to it.
- Now add the ground masala paste fry for 2to 3 mins and add little water to it.(dont add too much of water because chicken itself will ooze out water.
- If u feel like adding more spices to ur recipe add garam masala.
- Finally add coriander leaves to garnish.
serve hot with:Rice,chappathi.
