Ingrediants:
- Big onion-1
- Tomato-1
- Urad dhal-2tsp
- Hing-a pinch
- Red chilly-4
- Coconut-2 tsp
- salt
- Ginger garlic paste(optional)
To Season:
- Mustard seeds-1tsp
- curry leaves-2 to 3
Procedure:
- Heat oil in a pan add urad dhal and fry for few seconds.
- Then add redchilly,hing,onion,tomato,salt and coconut.
- Then grind the above into a fine paste.
- Then season with the items to season.
- serve hot with idli and dosa.
