- Cabbage-1

- mustard seeds-1tsp
- urad dhal-1tsp
- channa dhal-1tsp
- chilli powder-1tsp
- turmeic powder-1/2tsp
- salt-to taste
Procedure:
- Mince cabbage very finely.
- Take a pressure cooker put the cabbage along with some water.
- Allow it for one whistle(too much of cooking will spoil the recipe)
- Heat apan with oil add mustard seeds,urad dhal and channa dhal allow it to splutter.
- Then add the chopped onions.
- Add cabbage along with its stock,with it add all the powders and salt to taste(dont close the lid since it will smash the cabbage)
- serve hot.
