Ingrediants:
- Big onion-1
- Tomatoes-2
- carrot-1
- frozen peas-handful
- beans-handful
- potato-2
- green chillies-2
- coriander powder-4tsp
- coconut-handful
- salt-as per taste
- cinnamon-1
- cloves-2
- fennel seeds-1 tsp
- turmeric powder-1tsp
Procedure:
- Mince onion ,tomato finely.
- cut the vegetables.
- Take a pressure pan add oil and season with cinnamon,clove and fennel seeds.
- Then add chopped onion,tomatoes,green chillies and salt.
- Now put the vegetables, turmeric powder,coriander powder and add water with it.
- Allow upto 2 whistles.
- Then grind coconut with little water using blender and add with it
- Allow it to boil for few min (if u feel its watery)
- Serve hot.
Serve with Rice,chappathi.
