Ingrediants:
- Groun mutton
- Big onion-2
- Tomato-2
- Chilly powder-2tsp
- turmeric powder-1/2tsp
- coriander powder-2tsp
- cinnamon-1
- cloves-2
- fennel seeds-1tsp
- green chillies-2
- pottukadalai-handful
- coconut-handful
- coriander leaves-to garnish
- rice flour-2tsp
- corn flour-1tsp
- tamarind juice-a cup.
- mustard seeds-1tsp
- urad dhal-1tsp
- fenugreek seeds-a pinch.
To make kola:
- Take a onion chop it.
- use a blender to add chopped onions,green chillies,cinnamon,clove,fennel seeds,coconut,pottukadalai and grind it to smooth paste(dont add too much water becoz u cannot make kola)
- To that add rice flour ,corn flour,ground muttin and salt.
- wash ur hands and make balls(becoz it will be sticky).
To make kulambhu:
- Take apan add some mustard seeds,urad dhal and fenugreek
- After it splutters add chopped onion and tomato with it.
- Once it smashes well add salt,chilly powder,turmeric powder and coriander powder to it
- Add the tamarind juice with it and allow it to boil.
- Grind coconut and add it to the mixture once the raw smell goes away.
- Finally add the meat balls to it (dont stir it because it will break)
- Serve hot with rice,chappathi.
