Mutton kola kulambhu

Ingrediants:
  1. Groun mutton
  2. Big onion-2
  3. Tomato-2
  4. Chilly powder-2tsp
  5. turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  6. coriander powder-2tsp
  7. cinnamon-1
  8. cloves-2
  9. fennel seeds-1tsp
  10. green chillies-2
  11. pottukadalai-handful
  12. coconut-handful
  13. coriander leaves-to garnish
  14. rice flour-2tsp
  15. corn flour-1tsp
  16. tamarind juice-a cup.
  17. mustard seeds-1tsp
  18. urad dhal-1tsp
  19. fenugreek seeds-a pinch.
    To make kola:
    1. Take a onion chop it.
    2. use a blender to add chopped onions,green chillies,cinnamon,clove,fennel seeds,coconut,pottukadalai  and grind it to smooth paste(dont add too much water becoz  u cannot make kola)
    3. To that add rice flour ,corn flour,ground muttin and salt.
    4. wash ur hands and make balls(becoz it will be sticky).
    To make kulambhu:
    1. Take apan add some mustard seeds,urad dhal and fenugreek
    2. After it splutters add chopped onion and tomato with it.
    3. Once it smashes well add salt,chilly powder,turmeric powder and coriander powder to it
    4. Add the tamarind juice with it and allow it to boil.
    5. Grind coconut and add it to the mixture once the raw smell goes away.
    6. Finally add the meat balls to it (dont stir it because it will break)
    7. Serve hot with rice,chappathi.
