Ingrediants:
- Mutton-
- onion-1
- Tomato-2
- cinnamon-1
- cloves-2
- fennel seeds-1tsp
- chilly powder-1tsp
- garam masala-1tsp
- turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
- salt -to taste
- coriander leaves-3 to 4 leaves
Procedure:
- pressure cook mutton for about two whistles.
- Mince onion and tomato very finely.
- Take a pan add some oil season with cinnamon,clove and fennel seeds.
- Add minced onion,tomato,salt and all the powders.
- Finally add the mutton along with its stock and allow it to boil.
- wait until u get the gravy,garnish with coriander leaves.
- serve hot with rice,chappathi.
