Procedure:
To make Filling:
- Mince cabbage,onion very finely.shred carrot.
- Take a pressure cooker add chicken and allow it for 2 whistles.
- Take apan add some oil and allow cumin seeds to splutter.
- Then add onion,green chillies,gingergarlic paste allow it until the raw smell goes away.
- Add cabbage,carrot ,chicken(withstock),turmeric powder,chillipowder and salt
- Finally add soya sauce and chilli sauce with it.
To make Rolls:
- Take 2 spring roll sheets.Take a corner apply some water to it.
- Add the filling to it and roll it.
- After a certain extend again apply water to it and make foldings.
- finally if u r done with rolls deep fry it and serve hot.
