Ingrediants:
- Shrimp-2pounds
- Big onion-1
- Tomato-2
- Green chilly-1
- Chilly powder-2tsp
- Coriander powder-2tsp
- Garam masala-1tsp
- Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
- Basmati rice-3cups
- Yogurt-2tsp
To Season:
- Cinnamon-1
- Cloves-2
- Cardomem-2
- Bay leaf-2
To Marinate:
- Chilli powder-1tsp
- Corainder powder-1tsp
- Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
- Salt-to taste
Procedure:
- Marinate shrimp with the above and keep it for abt 1/2 hour.
- Take a pan add some oil add shrimp little by little.
- Chop onion,tomatoes and green chilly finely.
- Take an Electric cooker add rice and add water to it(1cup rice=11/2 cup of water).
- Once rice gets cooked keep it aside.
- Heat a pan with oil add the items to season.
- Allow it to splutter,add the chopped onion,tomatoes and green chilly.
- With the above add the powders,salt and yogurt to it.
- Once it boils add the shrimp to it and coriander leaves.
- Finally add the rice to it and mix it well.
- Serve hot with raita.
Ingrediants:
- Lady's finger-5 to6
- Big onion-1
- Yogurt-3tsp
- Turmeric powder-1tsp
- Coriander leaves-to garnish
To grind:
- Cumin seeds-1tsp
- Coriander seeds-1tsp
- Channa dhal-1tsp
- Coconut-Handful
- Green chillies-2
- Onion-little
To Season:
- Mustard seeds-1tsp
- Fenugreek seeds-1/2tsp
- Red chilly-1
- Curry leaves-3-4
Procedure:
- Chop onion finely.
- Chop Lady's finger 1/2 inch each.
- Grind the items given above.
- Mix yogurt with a cup of water and add turmeric powder with it and keep aside.
- Take a pan add some oil fry onion, vendakkai and add some water and allow it to boil.
- Then add the grinded paste add salt and allow it to boil.
- Finally add the buttermilk and switch off immediately
- Then season with the items in seperate pan and add it with the mixture.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.

- Blackeyed peas-1cup
- Onion-1
- Tomato-2
- Chilli powder-2tsp
- coriander powder-2tsp
- turmeric powder-1/2tsp

- Mustard seeds-1tsp
- Urad dhal-1tsp
- Fennel seeds-1tsp
- Fenugreek seeds-1/2tsp
- Coriander leaves-to garnish
- Tamarind juice-1cup
- Eggplant-4
Procedure:
- Soak peas overnight and pressure cook for abt 2 whistles
- Heat a pan add some oil allow mustard seeds,urad dhal,fenugreek and fennel to splutter.
- Chop onion,tomato finely,chop brinjal lengthwise.
- Add the chopped onion,tomato,brinjal and salt to it.
- Then add the powders ad fry them.
- Add the tamarind and allow them to boil until the raw smell goes away.
- Then add the cooked peas along with its stock.
- Now turn to low flame so that u get thicker.
- Serve hot.

- Anchovies-1cup
- Big onion-1
- Tomato-2
- Tamarind juice-1cup
- chilli powder-2tsp
- coriander powder-2tsp
- turmeric powder-1/2tsp
- coriander leaves-to garnish
Procedure:
- Chop onion and tomato finely.
- Heat a pan add some oil add the chopped onions and tomato until it mashes well
- Then add all the powders to it and stir well
- Do not add salt because anchovies already contains salt in it
- Then add the tamarind juice to it and allow it to boil.
- Once the raw smell goes away add the karauvadu to it.
- Allow it until it becomes dry
- Serve hot.

- coconut-1/4cup
- Garam masala-1/2tsp
- Mustard seeds-1tsp
Procedure:
- Marinate chicken with chilli powder,coriander powder,gingergarlicpaste,yogurt,turmeric powder,garam masala and leave it for abt 1/2 hour
- Heat a pan add some oil allow mustard seeds to splutter and then add the onion fry well
- Then add the marinated chicken and allow it until the water oozes out.
- Once the chicken gets cooked well add the coconut milk
- Allow it untill it becomes dry.
- Serve hot.

- Basmati rice-3cups
- Big onion-1
- chilli powder-1tsp
- turmeric powder-1tsp
- garlic-4pods
- salt-to taste
- Green chilies-2

Procedure:
- Chop onion,green chillies lengthwise.
- Soak the rice in water for atleast 10 mins
- Take a pressure cooker add some oil season with cinnamon,cloves and bay leaf.
- Add the chopped onion,garlic,green chillies and fry for few mins
- Then add salt,turmeric and chilli powder.
- Add the tomato puree(1cup rice=11/4cup water+coconut milk)
- Allow it to boil,once it boils add the soaked rice and stir well
- Allow one whistle and serve hot with raita.

- urad dhal-1tsp
Procedure:
- Take a pressure pan add moongdal,oil,turmeric powder,hing and pressure cook for abt 2 whistles.
- Chop onion and tomatoi finely.
- Take a pan add some oil season with mustard seeds and urad dhal,allow it to splutter.
- Add the chopped onion and tomato and fry well until it becomes smashy.
- Then add cooked moong dhal along with its stock.
- With it add all the powders and allow it to boil.
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
- serve hot with idli,dosa.
